Our Story
Eddie Goldberger has been in the furniture industry for over 35 years.
Upon graduating from the University of Maryland in 1986, Eddie went to work for his father as a sales representative with Bassett Furniture Industries. During this time, Eddie also supported his family’s warehouse in distributing furniture to regional stores.
For 25 years Eddie traveled with his father; the two of them lived together in High Point, Atlanta and Las Vegas, Nevada for furniture shows.
Marty Goldberger was a beloved sales representative who would have been thrilled by the founding of EG Sales Group, proud of the team’s accomplishments, and confident in their future success.
After apprenticing with his father for many years, Eddie transitioned into selling home accessories.
Working with Terry Mullen at Bay Valley Sales, Eddie demonstrated his commitment to the home accessories market for the past 30 years.
EG Sales Group marks a new chapter for Eddie Goldberger and celebrates over 50 years of his family’s involvement in the home furniture business.

EG Sales Group has represented some of the largest manufacturers in the industry and is focused on providing excellent, & time sensitive shipments to make your job easier. We also work with companies that only sell to the trade.( we do not sell directly to consumers.) The EG Sales Group looks forward to continuing to do what is right for factories, customers, and consumers. The team attends all the major markets (Atlanta, Dallas, Highpoint, Las Vegas) and are ready to walk through the showrooms by your side.
