Rachel Margolis is a designer and artist who partners with nonprofits, individuals, and grassroots organizers to create engaging and authentic visual brand identity and strategy that supports their work in a meaningful way. Rachel believes her lifelong passion for art, design, and creative writing can best serve as tools to strengthen and further progressive movements aimed at creating gender equity, racial justice, equal access to healthcare, and protecting LGBTQ+ rights.

Rachel works as the Creative Design Manager at Advocates for Youth, a nonprofit that partners with young people and their adult allies to transform policies, programs and systems to secure sexual health and equity for all youth, where she creates and leads Advocates’ visual branding and mission through setting, developing, and managing the design direction of each project via strategy, multimedia and storytelling.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys reading, binging TV shows, creating or thrifting home decor, hiking and camping with friends, and cuddling her two adorable cats.

Rachel holds a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts with a minor in Creative Writing from Cornell University.
